How To Start Work With Us ?
Send us your inspiration: reference images, existing samples, design sketches, or a complete tech pack (including size breakdown, color preferences, fabric ideas, and label details). The more detailed your information, the more accurate our initial quote and recommendations will be.
Based on your design, we will recommend suitable fabrics and provide physical color cards or fabric swatches upon request. If needed, we can ship these samples to you for a closer look and approval.
We will discuss your target sizing specifications in detail. This ensures the sample—and subsequent bulk production—perfectly matches your brand’s fit standards and target market.
Once all details (design, fabric, color, size) are finalized, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI). This document confirms the price, delivery timeline, payment terms, and all other order specifics. Please review and approve this PI before proceeding.
Upon receipt of the sample payment, our pattern makers and sewers will begin crafting your initial sample. A sample fee is typically charged, but this will be deducted from your bulk order cost if you proceed with production. Sample period is 10-18 days, based on the complexity of the sample.
The finished sample will be shipped to you for a thorough quality and fit check. We encourage you to evaluate it rigorously.
Your feedback is crucial at this stage:
Approve the sample: Once we receive your approval, we will immediately schedule your order for bulk production.
Revisions needed: If you require improvements, provide detailed feedback. We will revise the sample free for one time to meet your complete satisfaction.
After final quotation approved and deposit received, we will proceed with the bulk material sourcing and production. Our quality control team conducts inspections throughout the process and before shipment to ensure the bulk order matches the approved sample in every detail. Bulk period is 25-35 days, depends on the complexity of the order and factory tension. We extremely recommend you can place order in advance to meet your promotion
